About Us

You deserve to feel well.

This simple, yet radical belief is what keeps us going. We’re invested in shifting the paradigm of wellbeing from afterthought, or ‘must be nice,’ to a joyful and non-negotiable part of everyday life. We also get what you’re up against. In a culture where burnout is normalized as a lifestyle and healthcare only kicks in at the point of disease, we’re in a world of extremes. Yet, we’re not offering extreme solutions. Instead of complicated wellness regimens, or quick fixes, we help you to slow down and identify sustainable, meaningful changes. This is how we do it -

  • We deliver tailored services to organizations who are ready to cultivate a culture of wellbeing because their people matter.

  • We support and coach individuals in harnessing self-compassion, mindfulness, and behavior change science to realize their goals in ways they didn’t think possible.

Fundamentally, we’re here to disrupt the hamster-wheel-lifestyle in favor of developing examined, grounded lives at home and at work. We believe wellbeing is about showing up and co-creating a culture of health for all.

If you’re underwhelmed by hustle culture, the grind, ‘sleep-when-I-die’ mentality, and the like, you’re in good company! My work in holistic health resulted from an unwillingness to accept that productivity, achievement-at-all-costs, and perfectionism were the only paths worth taking. And, like many, I learned the hard way. There’s no escaping the impact of setting yourself aside time and time again only to experience fleeting moments of success or joy. In short, I wanted off the unsatisfying cultural tumble and I was sure that others did too.

Cue: health coaching. After studying culture for my undergraduate degree and holistic health in graduate school, I began health coach training at the Mayo Clinic. My training led to becoming a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (learn more about why this credential will set our work apart here). I then pursued roles as a health coach and health coach manager in the corporate sector, and later as adjunct faculty, teaching the course Culture, Health, and Healing. After near a decade of gathering experience and coaching thousands of clients, I founded Haus of Ojas.

Haus of Ojas allows me to work with both individuals and organizations to make meaningful change centered on wellbeing as a foundational aspect of life and work. If we have the pleasure of working together, you’ll see that my energy is grounded, warm, and real. My approach focuses on meeting you where you’re at today and accomplishing goals through self-kindness and awareness, not critique. Contrary to the unexamined busy bodies that our culture promotes, my clients and I slow down to gain clarity and define fulfillment, ironically achieving more than their fast-moving counterparts while feeling better in the process.

When I’m not coaching or shifting the status quo, I bet you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen. I’m a believer in the power of cooking, sharing food, and gathering at the table. I’m also a forever traveler and have been known to take a variety of solo adventures around the globe. After being a long time local of Minneapolis, my partner and I moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 2022.
