If you’re exhausted from constant busyness and wondering how it is that a meaningful life seems to evade you, it’s time reorient your attention. This course is both an individual and collective invitation to gain a deeper understanding of how we’ve normalized stress as a society, why the odds are stacked against us, and what to do about it. Contrary to doom and gloom, this course is filled with culture-shifting strategies, permission to do things differently, and most important, practices that will help you feel better, today and beyond.

Nourish: DITCH DIETS AND RECLAIM PLEASURE + PEACE WITH EATING (AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE)
Exit the draining, oppressive cycle of diets and embrace a joy-filled relationship with food. Through the transformative wisdom of intuitive eating, you’ll learn about the historical roots and motivations of the diet industry and discover they have nothing to do with keeping you healthy. Instead, uncover the power of your body as the ultimate guide to nutrition and your wellbeing. This course includes an opportunity for each participant to explore their individual biology, or ‘dosha,’ through Ayurveda, a holistic lifestyle science. Equipped with a greater understanding your body’s messages, you’ll have the foundational skills and the confidence to stop relying on diets and cultivate a relationship with food and body that is truly your own.
