Fees + Details

HOlistic Health coaching — $1,195

Personal coaching includes 5 sessions that you will complete over a 3-month period. The first coaching session is 90 minutes and follow-up sessions are 1-hour. All personal coaching sessions are one-to-one and virtual.

When I sit down with you for the first time, I’ll ask you to: “tell me your story.” Storytelling is integral to holistic health and a powerful healing tool. We all need to solidify the most important parts of our journey, and, we all need to feel heard.

During coaching sessions, we’ll holistically approach your health goals and wellbeing vision through conversation and storytelling. We’ll also leverage reflective exercises based on behavior change research and Ayurveda (a holistic lifestyle science rooted in intuitive wisdom).

We can go in a variety of directions during our coaching sessions. Coaching clients most often seek out my expertise for support in dismantling internalized stress and diet cultures. Our work together often means embracing rest, self-compassion, pleasure, and taking up space.

Holistic health coaching is not one-size-fits-all. There is no official “coaching agenda” and I’m not going to tell you what to do. Why? Because the coaching process is focused on sustainability. Instead of depending on my advice, you’ll be learning to trust the answers, resources, and wisdom you already possess within. No one knows your body and wellbeing better than YOU. My job is to meet you where you’re at, help you recognize strengths and patterns, and offer my professional guidance. Yours is to show up, keep it real, and open yourself to the coaching process.

Client - Coach Fit

MY SERVICES ARE NOT A GOOD FIT IF:

  • You want to be told what to do. Further, you’d like a specific meal plan, weekly menus, or other prescriptive approaches to your goals. I’m not here to perpetuate diet culture, or create dependency on me. We’ll find the approach that works for you, but it’s going to be led by you, not me. 

  • Related: You like to track reductive numbers like calories, macro nutrients, points, your weight, etc. My practice does not include any quantitative values. If you feel your success is dependent on numbers over feelings, I invite you to reflect as to why.

  • You have a hard time investing in yourself. If you don’t want to make the time or put in the energy, you’re not going to change and we’ll both be unsuccessful. 

  • You’re here to lose weight. Despite how tempting it might be to think that weight loss is part of your ‘answer,’ it’s not.

  • You have an active eating disorder, or you’re currently in treatment for an eating disorder. My approach is best suited for those in recovery. 

My Services are a good fit if:

  • You’re ready to do more unlearning than learning. 

  • You want to do "the work.” This looks different for everyone, but essentially, you’re ready to be in the driver's seat. I’ll be alongside you to support with navigation, but ultimately it's you who is steering and getting yourself where you want to be.

  • You’re keen to identify outdated thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.

  • You’re open to the possibilities unknown.

  • You want to invest in yourself. I know you deserve it, but you have to believe you’re worth time, money, and energy to make this work. 

  • You have 1-2 hours per week to dedicate to the coaching process (1:1 meetings, coaching exercises, reflection, etc.).

  • You’re ready for a change and you know weight loss isn’t the answer, but you’re not sure how to take the next step.
