Ginger Peanut Sauce

You can put this sauce on anything. It’s excellent as the finishing touch to Rainbow Bowls, but it’s also great as a salad dressing, with roasted veggies, as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken, or even as a sandwich spread.


 

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tsp Sriracha

  • 1’’ ginger, peeled, and grated

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 5 tbsp water

 

instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender.

  2. Blend for 1 minute.

  3. Add water as needed for your preferred consistency.

  4. Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.
