Ginger Peanut Sauce
You can put this sauce on anything. It’s excellent as the finishing touch to Rainbow Bowls, but it’s also great as a salad dressing, with roasted veggies, as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken, or even as a sandwich spread.
ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp Sriracha
1’’ ginger, peeled, and grated
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
5 tbsp water
instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender.
Blend for 1 minute.
Add water as needed for your preferred consistency.
Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.
