Passion Fruit Coconut Smoothie
After discovering frozen passion fruit, I can’t get enough of this smoothie. It’s fresh, sweet, and sour in taste and will leave you feeling energized. Personally, I think it rivals coffee as a boost, but I’ll let you be the judge!
ingredients
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen passion fruit
1 frozen banana
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2’’ cube of ginger, peeled, roughly chopped
1-2 cups coconut milk (per your taste and desired thickness)
Dash of vanilla extract
instructions
Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes (pausing to pulse or add liquid as needed).
