Session 1: Dismantling Diet Culture | October 13
We'll break down the basics of what diet culture is, why it's problematic (it's racist roots and detrimental effects), and how to spot it in your life and in the wild.
Session 2: Embracing Food Freedom | October 20
As you shed diet culture, you can embrace food freedom. We'll introduce the foundations of intuitive eating and how to enhance your relationship with food in a holistic way.
Session 3: Regaining Body Trust | October 27
With diet culture no longer holding you back, you can regain trust with your body. Our final session will center on body liberation and wellbeing at every size.
